I do not have a 30-day return policy or anything similar.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact me immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that I can evaluate the issue and make it right. If it means replacing an item or doing a full refund, I will work with you to make sure you are 100% satisfied! 

 

Exchanges
I do not to exchanges at this time. If you have any questions about buying a gift for someone and need clarity before purchase then please feel free to ask! I know with my Runescape collection that a significant other might not know what they are purchasing. I am here to help and make sure no mistakes are made. I want your gift to be perfect!
